We will try to ship out your package within 1-2 days from receipt of order from our Coastal Oregon Facility. Do to high volume it may vary and could be up to 7 days.
If your item or items are damaged in shipment please notify us via email asap and we will report the damage to the selected shipping company. It is absolutely essential for you to hold onto all packing material, box included.
In the meantime we will get started on a replacement for your broken piece which could take up to 2-3 weeks.
We take excellent care when wrapping and packing your Mugs. The mugs are wrapped with corrugated wrap and packed with ample biodegradable starch packing pellets. You can rest assured that your item will arrive safe and sound as our breakage rate is extremely low.
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or we got it wrong send us an email within a week of receiving your order, We'll be happy to correct the situation for you. We can exchange, refund your item or apply a credit to your account.
You may request to cancel your order at any time unless your order has already shipped. In this case you will need to return the item and once received we will refund your money.
Lost or stolen package
As the seller we are responsible for your package until it is delivered. If your package is lost we will refund your money and issue a claim with the shipping courier (USPS or UPS). Once the package shows that it has been delivered then our responsibility has ended. You will be provided with a tracking number at the time of shipment. Please use this to track your package and try to be at home to guard against thieves. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
We do not share any of your personal information, period! Your credit card/banking info is not stored on our site at all.
